Ensure all items are packed and ready if not using our packing service.
Notify us in advance of large, fragile, or specialty items (e.g. pianos, safes).
Provide clear access to both origin and destination locations.
We are not liable for damage to items not packed by our team.
We take reasonable care during your move, but limited liability applies based on industry standards.
Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
While we strive to stay on schedule, delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We’ll communicate promptly and do our best to minimize any inconvenience.
